Honey Butter Chicken

Juicy and tender chicken recipe

Annyeonghaseyo! Hello, K Friends! Hope you are doing well!

Last week, I made a sort of special cuisine for my husband’s birthday. Actually, he had requested me to make this dish for his birthday. It is Honey Butter Chicken. My family and I all enjoyed eating the cuisine very much and made great memories thanks to this dish! So, I just want to share the dish with you today. You will love this cuisine! Let’s make the Honey Butter Chicken together!

Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, 3 cloves garlic, 1 lemon, 2T butter, 1T soy sauce, 3T honey, salt and pepper

How To Make It

Step 1: Preparing Ingredients

Slice the lemon thinly. I'll use it as a garnish later. I'll use the other half to make the sauce.

Chop 3 cloves of garlic properly. You don't have to chop it too finely.

These are chicken breasts that were washed and drained of water. The thickness of chicken breast is a bit different. Cut the thick parts with a knife.

And tenderize it gently with the back of the knife. Then it's soft when you eat it and the meat cooks quickly.

Sprinkle a bit of salt back and forth. Sprinkle a bit of ground pepper back and forth, too.

Step 2: Stir-fry Vegetables

Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to the preheated pan. Stir-fry the asparagus over high heat. When asparagus is cooked to a certain extent, sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper.

Step 3: Grilling Chicken breast

Place 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the preheated pan. Place chicken breasts in a pan. Grill it over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Turn it over once after five minutes.

When chicken breasts are cooked to a certain extent, add 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic. Stir-fry well until you can easily smell the garlic flavor.

Add 3 tablespoons of honey. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Squeeze the lemon. Cook it over high heat and pour the sauce over the meat.

Turn off the heat when the sauce boils down to a certain extent.

Step 4: Plating

Place the chicken on a plate. Put some asparagus. Put some sliced lemons. Pour the remaining sauce into the chicken. Delicious Honey Butter Chicken is done!

Let me cut it. Wow, you see how juicy it is inside!

You may think “this is not Korean cuisine!” That’s right, but as long as you add kimchi or any other Korean dishes to this Honey Butter Chicken, you will be able to taste the Korean flavor. So, I hope you try this delicious cuisine this weekend! Hope you enjoyed my choice today!  Have a great day! See you next time! Gamsahapnida! Annyeonghigyeseyo!
