Korean Style Egg Dumplings

Hello, everyone! How've you been doing? Hope all of you are doing well! Do you like BTS? My daughter and I are big fans of BTS. Today, I'm going to introduce one of the dishes that Jimin recommended among BTS members. Jimin used to go to a snack bar when he was young and liked to eat this dish. It's egg dumplings. I've already made it a few times and it's so simple to make yet tastes so good. Making dumplings requires a lot of ingredients and takes a lot of time, but this egg dumpling is really easy to make. Let's make it together!

Ingredients: 5 eggs, a handful of glass noodles, a bit carrot, 4 scallions, 1 chili pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons starch, a bit pepper

How to make it

Step 1: Boiling glass noodles

When the water starts to boil, add the glass noodles and boil for about 7~8 minutes.

7 minutes later, rinse boiled glass noodles in cold water and drain.

Step 2: Slicing Ingredients

Chop the scallions into small pieces.

Slice the carrots thinly. Chop it finely again.

Cut the chili pepper in half. Remove the seeds from the inside. Cut it thinly and finely chop it. If you don't like spicy flavor, you can skip it.

Step 3: Making Batter

It's a drained glass noodle.

Cut the glass noodles into small pieces with scissors.

Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and half a tablespoon of sugar. Mix it well.

Add all the ingredients you just cut.

Crack 5 eggs and put them in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, a bit of pepper, and 2 tablespoons of starch powder. Stir all ingredients well.

Let me cook it in a pan.

Step 4: Stir-frying

Put a bit of oil into a preheated pan.

Put the batter in a pan. Cook slowly over medium-low heat.

Fold it in half when it's half cooked.

And flip it again.

A very savory and delicious egg dumpling is done!
