Healthy and Delicious Tofu Egg Pancake
Hello, everyone! How have you been? Hope everything is going well! These days, I haven't been digesting well, so I thought about what to eat. Therefore, I made this dish. It has a soft texture and is easy to digest. It's tofu egg pancake. I already made it couple of times this week! Eat tofu like this! It tastes amazing. The ingredients are simple but full of nutrients. Above all, it's a dish that anyone can make. Hope you like this recipe!
How to make it
Ingredients: 1 lb firm tofu, 4 eggs, 3 green onions, a bit of carrot,
1chili pepper, and 2 cloves of garlic.
Step 1: Preparing Ingredients
Mash the tofu with the back of the knife.
Put the mashed tofu in a kitchen towel or a cheesecloth and squeeze to remove the water.
Place the drained tofu in a bowl.
Slice the green onions thinly. Chop the carrot and chili pepper finely. Mince 2 cloves of garlic. Put 4 eggs. Put 1 teaspoon of salt, a bit of pepper, and 1 tablespoon of starch.
Step 2: Making Dipping
Sauce
Put 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of
water, half a tablespoon of vinegar, and half a tablespoon of honey or sugar in
a bowl. Mix it well. It's more delicious if you dip it in this sauce.
Step 3: Frying
Add a bit of cooking oil to the preheated pan. Place a moderate amount on the pan. Cook slowly over low heat.
If you have a lid, cover it and it will cook well. When the bottom is golden brown, turn it upside down. Then cover it again and fry it for 2-3 minutes more.
Put the finished pancake on a plate. You can fry the rest in the
same ways. Let me cut the tofu egg pancake in half. It's cooked really well.
You can eat one at a time.
If you want something delicious and healthy, I highly recommend tofu and
egg pancakes. I think it will be a great dish for breakfast, snacks, and as a

Notes
- If you like spicy taste, you can add 1 chili pepper. This is optional!
- If you add garlic, the flavor will be better and can help prevent the egg flavor from being too overpowering.
