Grilled yellow croaker is a popular Korean fish dish. You clean the fish, sprinkle a little salt on it, and then grill it until it's crispy. It tastes savory and fresh, prefect as a side dish with rice. It's easy to make at home and is also healthy and nutritious. 

Grilled Yellow Croaker

Ingredients

  • 2 yellow croakers
  • 2T flour
  • A bit salt
  • A bit oil

Instructions

Rinse the cleaned yellow croaker under running water once. Before grilling the fish, sprinkle salt on both sides and a little inside to ensure it's well-seasoned. Let it sit for about 30 minutes to absorb the salt.




After 30 minutes, Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan. Coat the yellow croaker in flour. Grill slowly over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Once the bottom side turns golden brown, flip it once. Continue grilling for about 5 more minutes on medium heat.



After 5 minutes, Enjoy your tasty grilled yellow croaker! Savory grilled yellow croaker is done!
