Ingredients
- 1 pack Buldak Bokkeum Myeon (Buldak Noodles)
- Some sweet corn
- Some Mozzarella cheese
- 1T mayonnaise
- 1t sugar
Instructions
Cook Noodles: Boil water,
add Buldak noodles, cook for 5 minutes, then drain.
Prepare Noodles: Return
noodles to pot with 8T hot water, sauce packet, some sweet corn, 1T mayonnaise,
1t sugar, and some mozzarella cheese. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Wrap in Rice Paper: Soak
rice paper in water for a second, place noodles on top, add sweet corn, and
fold the sides to wrap.
Variations
Place lettuce and roll.
Place a small piece of
cheese in the center of the rice paper and put some noodles on top. Wrap it
well with the rice paper.
For extra flavor, place
mozzarella cheese in a pan, add wrapped noodles, and cook until cheese is
golden brown.
