Chicken Rice Paper Dish

Ingredients
- 7oz (200g) chicken tenders or breast
- 10 small rice papers
Dipping Sauce
- 1T soy sauce
- 3T honey or corn syrup
- 1/2T gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 2T ketchup
- 1t minced garlic
- 2T water
- A bit of pepper
Instructions
Rinse and dry the chicken,
then cut into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut rice papers in half and soak in cold water for 1 second. Place chicken on the rice paper and roll up, folding the ends to secure.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in
a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken rolls for 4-5 minutes on each side until
golden brown.
For the sauce, mix all sauce
ingredients and simmer in a pan for 1-2 minutes.
Serve the rolls with dipping
sauce or toss them in the sauce.
