Kimchi Pasta
Hello everyone! Today, I'm excited to introduce you to a delicious and refreshing Kimchi Pasta. The spicy and tangy flavor of kimchi blends perfectly with pasta, creating a unique and special dish. Once you try it, you'll keep coming back for more. 😊Ingredients: (For 1 Serving)
- 3.5 oz (100 g) rigatoni or spaghetti
- 2 leaves kimchi
- some onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- Some bacon
- A little cheese
- 3T pasta sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
Thinly slice garlic, onion,
bacon, and kimchi.
Boil water with 1/2 tablespoon
of salt. Cook pasta 11 minutes for rigatoni; follow package instructions for
other types.
In a pan, heat generous
amounts of avocado or olive oil. Stir-fry garlic until fragrant. Add sliced onion,
bacon, and kimchi, stir-fry well. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
After 11 minutes, drain pasta and add to the pan without rinsing. Add 3 tablespoons of pasta sauce. Season with a little of salt, pepper, herbs, and cheese. Mix well.
Delicious kimchi pasta is done!
