How to Make Korean Style Savory Soy Sauce Pasta in 10 Minutes

 Soy Sauce Pasta 

Hello everyone! Today, I'm going to show you how to make soy sauce noodles using pasta. You can make this delicious dish with simple ingredients you have at home. Hope you enjoy! 😊

Ingredients: (For 1 Serving)

  • 3.5 oz (100 g) angel hair pasta
  • 2 leaves washed kimchi
  • Some seaweed flakes (optional)
  • 1 boiled egg (optional)

Sauce

  • 1T soy sauce
  • 1T sesame oil
  • 1/2T sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/2T vinegar (optional)

Instructions

Making the sauce: Put 

  • 1T soy sauce
  • 1T sesame oil
  • 1/2T sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/2T vinegar (optional) Mix well.

Boil water with 1/2 tablespoon of salt. Cook 3.5 ounces (100 g) of angel hair pasta for 4 minutes.

Thinly slice a little cucumber and 2 leaves of kimchi after washing and squeezing out excess water.

After 4 minutes, drain and rinse pasta in cold water.

Combine pasta, kimchi, cucumber, and optional seaweed flakes in a bowl. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over the pasta. Add a boiled egg if desired. Mix well before eating. Simple and delicious soy sauce pasta is done!
