Ingredients
- 20 small rice paper sheets
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
Step 1: Making the Batter
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and
whisk well. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of milk, 1 tablespoon of
melted butter, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and stir well.
Step 2: Shaping the
Croissants
Dip 5 small rice paper
pieces into the egg mixture one by one. Let them sit for 1 minute to soften,
then cut each into 3 strips. Overlap the ends, layer the middle, and roll
tightly into a croissant shape.
Step 3: Baking
Place on a baking tray and bake at 360°F for 20 minutes until golden and crispy. Enjoy as is or add powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
