Fruit Spring Rolls
Rice Paper Fruit Spring Rolls |
This is the easiest and
freshest dessert you’ll ever make! Just wrap your favorite fruits in rice
paper, and you’ve got a light, juicy, and naturally sweet treat. No baking, no
cooking—just simple and delicious! Dip them in yogurt or drizzle with honey for
extra flavor.

Ingredients
- Your favorite fruits (a little of each)
- 5 sheets of rice paper
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
Step 1: Making the Dipping Sauce
In a bowl, add ½ cup of
Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix everything
well.
Step 2: Preparing fruits
Slice mango, strawberries,
pineapple, apple into thin strips. For kiwi, cut it into thin, round slices.
You can use any fruits you like or have at home!
Step 3: Assembling the
rolls!
Dip a piece of rice paper in
cold water for a few seconds and place it on a plate. Place a slice of kiwi or
strawberries at the bottom first, then add the other fruits on top. Now, fold
it up! Fold the bottom of the rice paper over the fruits and fold in the sides.
Roll it up.
Tasty and colorful fruit
spring rolls are done! Dip them in yogurt sauce for a sweet and refreshing
flavor!
