Quick & Easy Stir-Fried Ramyun 


We usually just boil ramyun and call it a day, right? But this quick stir-fried version with eggs and mung bean sprouts is something different—crisp, savory, and way more satisfying than you’d expect. Once you try it, you might find yourself making it on repeat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of instant ramyun
  • 2 eggs
  • A handful of mung bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ⅔ of the soup seasoning packet

Instructions:

Step 1

Boil the noodles about 70% done (around 3 minutes), then drain well.

Step 2

In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic + green onion until fragrant.


Step 3

Crack in the eggs, scramble gently until half-cooked.


Step 4

Add bean sprouts and stir-fry. Add soy sauce if using.


Step 5

Toss in the noodles and sprinkle ⅔ of the seasoning packet. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.



Step 6

Finish with sesame oil and black pepper. Mix well. Garnish with more green onion or sesame seeds if you like.
